The guided tour we had was absolutely amazing, 100% worth the money. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, had some great laughs with us too and because it was only 6 people it felt like a really personal service. We got given some great information prior to going into the colosseum and then the full tour started. Underground and arena floor was something special and I would recommend you do this if you are genuinely interested in this building. The additional information you get when walking around is fantastic. The amount of information we got that helped us understand what we were looking at added to the experience and it felt like a more complete experience. If you are hesitating paying the price for a guided tour especially a smaller group tour just don’t and get it booked you won’t be disappointed. The price we paid for what we got is amazing. Thank you again for a fantastic experience and there’s no doubt if we return to Rome we shall be booking again.
